Directions:
1.Prepare fruit. Cut pineapple by removing the rind and core and chopping the edible flesh into bite-sized chunks. Slice papaya in half, scoop out seeds by spoon, remove the flesh using a melon baller or scooping bite-sized pieces out by spoon. Slice kiwi into disks with or without skin. Slice strawberries, removing the stem, and roughly chopping the strawberries.
2.Prepare coconut cream. In a medium bowl, combine the coconut cream and honey. Juice lime and add to the mixture. Whisk until smooth.
3.In a large bowl, combine pineapple, kiwi, papaya, strawberries, and blueberries and stir. Drizzle fruit salad with the coconut cream, or use it as a dip, and enjoy!
